The card reads: Intha fishermen standing at the stern on a slender boat, rowing with one let on Inle Lake located at the heart of Shan state, 1500m above the sea level, Myanmar.
"Inle Lake is a freshwater lake located in the Nyaungshwe Township of Taunggyi District of Shan State, part of Shan Hills in Myanmar (Burma). It is the second largest lake in Myanmar."

I could not find any information about the card. My guess is, this is some kind of traditional steel making. Here are some information about Uzbekistan:
