Pele, Goddess of Hawaii's Volcanoes. The famous painting by artist-historian Herb Kawainui Kane shows the goddess Pele on one of her many forms. Her traditional home is the active crater Halemaumau at the Kilauea Volcano on the island of Hawaii. Thanks to Glennys for the card.
